The HZ-LIN Engineering Plastic Bearing Sliding Film is crafted from advanced fiber-reinforced polymers embedded with solid lubricants, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and maintenance-free operation. Its optimized blend of base resin, reinforcing fibers, and micro-encapsulated lubricant particles enables consistent friction reduction across varying loads and speeds.

Material: High-strength engineering plastic matrix (e.g., POM, PA66) with embedded solid lubricants (PTFE, graphite).

Design:
Self-lubricating via controlled release of lubricant particles under motion.
Corrosion-resistant, chemical-inert, and immune to dust ingress.
Lightweight with high compressive strength (up to 120MPa static load).

Performance:
Low friction coefficient (μ=0.05–0.15) across -40°C to 120°C.
Excellent PV value (≤1.5 MPa·m/s) for dynamic applications.
Absorbs hard contaminants without compromising surface integrity.
Applications: Conveyor systems, packaging machinery, agricultural pivots, and low-speed rotary joints.
